All are 1 bedroom/1 bathroom (about 425sqft). The monthly rent is $1,295, this amount includes water, sewer and garbage. The tenant is responsible to pay and change the electricity into their name – if you choose to have internet or cable services that is also at the tenants’ expense. We do have washers and dryers on site that are coin operated, but they are not within each unit.

- Each applicant is required to complete an application ($50 each)
- Each applicant will also need to provide photo ID and a months’ worth of pay-stubs (the application verifies employment/income, credit, criminal and verifies rental history)
- Security Deposit $1,295 $150 is non-refundable for carpet cleaning and/or admin fees
- Minimum income required $3,300/month (your income must be verifiable and garnish-able)
- No criminal history
- No previous/pending evictions
- No money outstanding to a previous landlord
- No bankruptcy or items in collections (medical bills don't count)
